Do you ever want to socialise without having to make reciprocal small talk? Do you wish you could just infodump about something that you are excited about without having to worry about whether you’re boring the other person? Or do you ever feel like just listening to other neurodivergent people talk about their interests without the pressure to interact?

I couldn’t find a space like this so I created my own.

Once a month, I co-host Soapbox with my friend Yajna. It’s a free online get together for ND people to get their infodump on. It is set up to be flexible, fun, and low-demand. Participants can sign up during the session for a 7-minute uninterrupted slot to talk freely about a chosen topic. Or just drop in for a listen! There is no expectation to turn on your camera or mic. Interact in whatever format is most comfortable for you even if that is just lurking.
